Asleep: 2:30 am
Awake: 5:30am
Out of bed: 6:30am
I'm buzzing. Can't stop talking, singing, moving, dancing, and being generally too rambunctious. Anxious, agitated, energized. Feel good that I have so much energy and love life, but I feel scared about my agitation and how little I am sleeping. I know, if I don't sleep, I will crash. It always seems to happen that way. Please don't make me crash. Right now I feel like I have found the perfect mix of medicines. Please make that be so.

Sounds like you are moving into quite a manic phase. They are so alluring when you are in them but so devastating when you crash. From your post it sounds like you are aware that this is happening. Please take good care of yourself and call your doc if you need to.
I know in a manic phase sleep is very difficult but if you can manage to get some more sleep it may help calm the mania some.
